I agree with most of your suggestions.
1. Extend the boundary rope
2. 2 bouncers per over
3. Remove the free hit rule
Not sure, if i agree with the following.
1. Remove the power play - This is present in ODIs/T20s to generate spectator interest. Looks fair when looked at an angle of even contest between bat and ball
2. Only 5 wickets in 20 overs - Radical. Hard to digest at this moment. May be, this should be trialled out in IPL.
